Up-and-coming theater actress Francesca Carocci passed away two days after emergency room doctors at Aurelia Hospital prescribed her painkillers and discharged her.
On February 26, Francesca went to the Aurelia Hospital emergency room and complained about severe chest pain. The health workers then reportedly performed an electrocardiogram and cited there was no heart disease.
So, they prescribed her painkillers and discharged her. However, after two days, she again had chest pains, which were minor during the ambulance ride but later turned fatal, eventually taking her life.
The heartbreaking, untimely demise of Francesca Carocci left her family and friends in utter dismay, which later turned into rage after the autopsy report came out.
In the autopsy reports, it was found that the symptoms of heart disease could have been identifiable in the first hospitalization with the correct interpretation, meaning Francesca Carocci could have survived.

Born in Rome, Francesca Carocci pursued her passion for Ballet since the age of five. She gave her Ballet career full throttle when she enrolled in the Ballet School of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma in 1978.
There, she studied under Maestro Walter Zappolini’s guidance; in 1986, she finally graduated after spending 8 years learning classical ballet and contemporary dance courses.
During her education, she also continued performing in opera and ballet productions at the institution.

Following her graduation, Francesca Carocci made a big decision to move to New York, where she got a scholarship to attend The School of American Ballet. Under the artistic direction of Peter Martins, she honed her Ballet knowledge and skills there for three years.
Given her accomplishments and intensive knowledge, Francesca Carocci became a certified classical-academic ballet teacher in Italy. Moreover, she is accredited by the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma Capitale.
That’s not all; she even got the chance to serve as the Artistic Director of the ‘New Dance Project,’ where she directed a production of The Nutcracker at the Teatro San Raffaele in Rome.
Now that Francesca Carocci is no more after alleged medical mishaps, her family and relatives have filed a complaint case with the prosecutor Eleonora Fini.
