Sam Klein, a contestant in Love Is Blind UK season 1, had a nose job before participating in the reality show, as he was always insecure about his natural nose.
After spending most of his young life in shame and insecurities due to the shape of his nose, he did not want to continue that anymore.

The 31-year-old product design manager, Sam Klein, finally decided to have a Rhinoplasty, a type of surgery that changes the shape of the nose, at the age of 30.
In a YouTube video, Sam Klein shared his feelings and experience after the surgery-induced transformation of his looks, stating, “I feel free. It’s an amazing feeling.”

Sam Klein, who has been living with insecurities most of his life, finally gained his confidence back, and it has significantly improved his mental health.
In his video on his surgery journey, Sam Klein shared being scared of showing the bad side of his face and would feel dreadful thinking about going down the aisle one day with his nose looking like that.
As his nose was holding him back in many aspects of his life, Sam Klein got the nose job from New You Harley Street, where very notable media personalities have fixed their physical shape.
After the surgery, he describes his experience, saying, “The physical change is just one aspect, and then you come to the other side of it, and it’s that mental change of just having something that you had a stigma about for your whole life.”
Further, after being free from his insecurities, he happily says he will be able to live his next 30 or 60 years with confidence as he mentioned, “I can just live without that one thing that just always puts me off myself.“
Nose surgery made a huge impact on his social life and mental health. Further, before the nose job, Sam Klein might not even have had the confidence to participate in Love is Blind UK, as appearance plays a vital role in the series.
