Tom Glynn-Carney comes from a musical family, with a music teacher father and opera singer grandparents
The 29 year-old Tom Glynn Carney was born in Salford, Greater Manchester, England, to parents David and Jane Glynn Whitehead.
He was raised alongside his sister, Molly Glynn-Whitehead, an emerging actress and singer who also embraced their family’s artistic tradition.
Tom’s father, David, was a music teacher and an amateur musical theater performer. His paternal grandparents were opera singers and choirmasters, and his mother crafted all the costumes for his sister’s ballroom and Latin dance competitions.
