Currently, 69 year-old Steven M. Greer claims he witnessed a random flying object when he was just 8 years old and a UFO when he was 18.
Although his passion for UFO/ET began at a young age, Steven took a step in the medical field and earned his BS degree in biology from Appalachian State University in 1982.

Further, in 1987 he received his MD degree from the James H. Quillen College of Medicine of East Tennessee State University. And finally in 1989, he earned his Virginia medical license and started working as an emergency room physician.
However, in 1998, Steven retired as a physician and started to focus on his passion in Ufology.
He founded the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence in 1990 to contact extraterrestrial civilizations. Soon after, he founded the Disclosure Project in 1993, which aims to disclose the government’s knowledge of UFOs.
