The House of the Dragon season 2 finale left viewers speechless, fueling debate on whether Helaena Targaryen is a seer. In the season finale, the story wraps up with Helaena explaining Aemond’s fate after he desperately tries to convince her to ride a dragon to war.
Moreover, Aemond tries to push her further when Helaena unleashes a surprising prophecy, proving her seer powers.

Often regarded as a dragon dreamer, the season finale clarified Helaena’s special abilities and revealed Aemond’s unfortunate fate.
Throughout the story, she accurately predicted that Aemond would lose his eye and dragon Meley would crash King Aegon II’s coronation.
Furthemore, Helaena is also present in Prince Daemon’s heart tree vision of Westeros’s future, where she says, “It’s all a story. And you’re but one part in it. You know your part.”
These instances further solidify the fact that Helaena Targaryen is a seer dragon dreamer who can foresee the future and enter others’ visions.
With her seer powers, Helaena warns Aemond that he’ll be swallowed up in God’s Eye!
Through her prophecy, Helaena tells Aemond she saw him swallowed up during the battle in God’s Eye, but he isn’t ready to accept his fate.
Disregarding her words, Aemond continues to ask her to fly with him to Harrenhal, to which she replies, “Aegon will be king again. He’s yet to see victory. He sits on a wooden throne. And you…you will be dead.“

It’s incredibly badass to have 2 targaryen warrior princes w/ oracles as partners.
Following such surprising remarks, Aemond threatens to kill Helaena, but she is unfazed by his threats as the future cannot be changed.
Given that Helaena has already made several correct predictions in House of the Dragons, we can’t wait to see Aemond reach his fate, as he has been up to no good this season.
Currently, Aemond is planning a dragon excursion to Harrenhal, where Helaena’s prophecy could come true.
Previously, Helaena’s visions were more cryptic, but perhaps she now has a tighter grasp of controlling and interpreting them, and she is more direct.

Regardless, Helaena Targaryen’s seer dragon dreamer powers are an advantage in circumstances where she cannot trust her own family.
