The Deadpool & Wolverine director, Shawn Levy, graced the red carpet along with his wife, Serena Levy, and four daughters, giving an insight into their family life.
Shawn has been married to Serena Levy for over a decade and has maintained a family home in the Hudson Valley community of New York.
Over the years, the director Shawn Levy has been fortunate to welcome four daughters, Sophie, Charlie, Tess, and Collete, into his life.
Shawn’s oldest daughter, Sophie, has worked alongside Ryan Renolds in Free Guy as a big-city dreamer. His daughters are also huge fans of Taylor Swift and were stoked to get roles as side characters in the singer’s All Too Well short film.
Further, Shawn dedicated his recent work, All the Light We Cannot See, to his daughters, as the series depicted the core of the father-daughter relationship.

With her father’s assistance, she dedicated seven years as a script reader at 21 laps before joining Saturday Night Live in 2018. Currently, Sophie is an acquisition intern at A24 and a creative executive for Closer Media.
As for Shawn’s other daughter, Tess, she has starred in Real Steel and The Internship while balancing her work at companies like 17o1 Records, Yale University, and Spotify.
Similarly, Charlie has ventured into the world of social work with her affiliation with Girl Up, a non-profit organization that works for gender justice.
Lastly, Shawn’s youngest daughter is still in high school and has been focusing on her studies with minimal social media presence.
Shawn and his daughters share a close bond with Ryan Reynolds and his family!
The director has known Ryan Reynolds for the longest time, and they are so close that they’re basically family.
During an interview with Variety, Shawn revealed that he is Ryan’s son Olin’s godfather but didn’t reveal if the same is true for the actor’s other children.
In addition, fans spotted the surprise cameos from Blake Lively and their four kids in the director’s latest release, Deadpool & Wolverine.
Similarly, when asked about the special feature, Shawn responded, “It was just, honestly, that they were available and always nearby. Little by little, all of the Reynoldses started being a part of the movie, including their youngest.”
Talking about his friendship with Ryan, Shawn added, “We live half a block from each other, which makes it very convenient for two guys who work as hard as we do.“
Along with Shawn, his daughters seem close to Ryan and his family, as they often share pictures with each other on their social media accounts.
Additionally, Shawn’s oldest revealed that, as the daughter of a renowned director, she feels extremely delighted with all the opportunities her father has provided.
