While the dashing Kingmaker Ser Criston Cole once charmed Princess Rhaenyra, he never harbored any children with her or anyone else.

Ser Criston Cole later changed his alliance and became the sworn protector of Queen Alicent Hightower. He had an alleged romance with her, too, but together they did not welcome any offspring.

Furthermore, neither the books nor the House of The Dragon show suggests that Ser Criston ever had children.

In the House of Dragon universe, the Kingsguards are forbidden to marry, let alone father children

The Sworn Brotherhood of the Kingsguard, aka White Cloaks, are sworn for life and are forbidden from marrying or fathering children.

However, Ser Criston Cole broke the oath of chastity and soiled his white cloak by getting intimate with Rhaenyra Targaryen.

He said, “I’ve soiled my white cloak, and it’s the only thing I have to my fucking name! I thought if we were married, I might be able to restore it,” to Rhaenyra.

Though he acknowledges his serious offense, Ser Criston Cole continues to serve as a Hand of the Queen, protecting Alicent Hightower. He even develops a romantic relationship with her as well. Talk about disgrace and dishonor to the title!

Regardless, in both alleged romances, Ser Criston Cole does not father any children, as per George R.R. Martin’s books.

Instead, he treats Alicent Hightower’s children as his own and serves as a father figure to them.

Ser Criston taught the Hightower kids how to fight and gave Prince Aemond Targaryen (Ewan Mitchell) special swordsmanship training.

He also played an instrumental role in making Aegon Targaryen king by supporting his claim to the throne over Rhaenyra Targaryen. For that reason, he earned the nickname Kingmaker.
