After the latest release of the movie Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, a prequel movie to Mad Max: Fury Road, fans got to see the story of Furiosa’s parents, especially about her mother, Mary Jabassa.
The fierce, fearless character of Mary Jabassa captured the hearts of many and even became the MVP of the movie.
Furthermore, the actress who played Furiosa’s mother, Charlee Fraser, is also receiving much praise for her performance.

Not just the fans, even the Furiosa herself says, “My mother… she was magnificent!”
In the Mad Max universe, Furiosa has Mary Jabass and her father, whose identity remains unknown, as her parents.
Mary Jabass is a mother, warrior, and leader of the Vuvalini (The Many Mothers) tribe in Green Place.
Having said that, there is no official confirmation of whether Mary is the biological or adoptive mother of Furiosa.
Nonetheless, when Mary heard the distress call from her daughter, she fiercely pursued the kidnappers to retrieve her.
Though she was outnumbered by the Dementus and his horde, she did not hesitate to sacrifice her life to save Furiosa.

When Mary decided to act as a decoy, she asked the young Furiosa to run away and get to Green Place. So, she did everything she could to protect her child.
Unfortunately, Furiosa returns back by breaking the promise she made to Mary, only to witness the gruesome demise of her mother.
Later in the movie, Furiosa grows up as a surrogate daughter of the crazed Warlord.
Remembering Mary, her mother, Furiosa says, “My mother was magnificent, and he (Dementus) took it all from me.”
While agreeing with Furiosa, one Mad Max fan tweeted, “The most badass mom to ever badass, honestly. Lowkey the MVP.” “Can George Miller’s next movie be ‘Furiosa’s Mom: a Mad Max Saga’?” another added.
