However, it appears that he goes through an intense transformation for his role as ‘The Kid’ for the psychological horror TV series Castle Rock.

In order to portray a creepy character in Castle Rock, Bill Skarsgård underwent an intense transformation that changed his facial structure a bit.
He further stated in an interview, “It really changes your face when you’re gaunt like that. That really played well for the character, sort of high cheekbones and your eyes become even bigger. So I’m happy that I did it. But it wasn’t always fun.“
For his transformation, he had to go through a ketogenic diet, in which he had to cut off all the carbs strictly and consume proteins and high-fat foods. Additionally, he had to fast several times.
Now talking about his pointed nose, the It star had a pointed nose ever since he was a kid. However, as he grew old and lost weight, it became more defined. Fans across Twitter talk about his sharp nose, saying it adds a touch of perfection to his look.
Moreover, fans also state that Bill has overdone his surgeries, and his natural charm has been overshadowed by changes.
