Although Chloe Tucker Caine is now making headlines with her successful real estate career on Netflix’s Owning Manhattan, she used to be on Broadway and started performing at a young age.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chloe Tucker Caine revealed that she has a theater background and starred in Mamma Mia!
Amidst her theatre gigs, she started making her apartment available for Airbnb to make extra money. Interestingly, she fell in with the freedom that came with it, eventually making Chloe change her entire career.
However, Chloe admitted in the interview with Authority Magazine that she did not think she would end up in Real Estate and was very stuck on the idea of becoming a performer.
Now, at the age of 33, Chloe Tucker Caine has secured over $500 million worth of listings under SERHANT.

Starting in 2019, Chloe Tucker Caine got into the real estate world as an agent for Triplemint, a company in New York.
Although it seems that she no longer makes YouTube videos, she used to actively make real estate guides and tips videos and upload them on her channel.
When asked about the best advice she learned in her journey, she said, “Say yes to everything when you are starting out! That was a big one for me.”
“I took that with me through the start of my career as well, there was no project that was too small, I just kept saying yes,” she added.
After working with Triplemint for just four months, she later joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate and, eventually, SERHANT in March 2021.
Since then, Chloe has been rising as one of the top agents in New York with her creativity, tenacity, and consummate work ethic.
Furthermore, she has worked with many Hollywood celebrities like Rihanna, Drake, Bad Bunny, Kendrick Lamar, and Aaron Judge.
Though Chloe once thought the real estate job was for losers, she is now making fortunes from it and aims to make over a million off of a single commission.
